COVID Protocols

  • Online booking is currently unavailable and we will be pre-screening when you book your appointment by phone or email.
  • Please arrive exactly on time for your appointment. If you arrive early please wait in your car until your time and then come in.  We will not be calling you in your car.  If you arrive late, please do not come into the office, call us to reschedule.
  • We ask that you come to your appointment alone.  We are unable to have multiple people in the rooms or in the reception area.  Family members will need to wait in the car for you. 
  • We will be wearing masks, if you have one at home please bring it with you and wear it for the duration of your appointment.  If you do not have one and want one, we can supply you with one.
  • We are sanitizing rooms between patients.  We also ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided in the waiting room and in the treatment rooms.
  • We are spreading out appointments and therefore have fewer available openings each day. Please plan to book in advance and give us ample notice if you need to change your appointment. We are now reinstating our fee for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24hrs notice.
  • Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to keep you safe and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this new normal. If you have any questions or concerns about your appointment, please contact us in advance.
  • Telehealth consultations are still available if you prefer this option.
  • If you have been in contact with anyone that has symptoms or you yourself are feeling unwell prior to your appointment, please call to reschedule.
